Ordering Tickets
Using Order Form
Please write clearly in BLOCK CAPITALS on the order form or supply typewritten copy. The copy will be followed exactly as written, using upper and lower case as appropriate. Ideally a Black & White copy of the crest/logo/clipart if required for insertion
If logo by email, please send each graphic as an individual file as a .jpeg file please
If you have difficulty downloading the order form on this site for use, then we will accept a standard email order, ensure you cover all headings required

The Law
It is an offence to have tickets provided which do not comply with the legal requirements. The organisation running the draw must be registered with the local authority if the tickets are on sale to the general public.
Each Ticket Must state:
The name of the organisation running the draw
When and where drawn
The name and address of the promoter
Name of the local authority where the organistaion is registered
Price per Ticket (maximum £2.00)
The price of each ticket must be the same. it is ILLEGAL to offer free tickets. (i.e. Tickets 25p each or 5 for £1.00)
Draw tickets may not be sold to or by persons under 16yrs of age.
Private Lotteries
When ticket sales are restricted to members of one society or persons who live or work together on the same premises, it is not necessary to register with the local authority. Tickets must state promoters name and address and the persons to whom the ticket sales are restricted.
